Which video format should you use?

Shy?...SHY??? I don't THINK so! Every girl should be so shy!

Is she a little unsure of just what it is she's doing to herself (and in front of a CAMERA, no less)? Yeah, but...isn't "self-conscious" a touching thing, sometimes?!?

Does she need a little direction to get her started? Yes, but...
