If you have lost all of those details - no problem - they will still be able to find your subscription with other data they will ask from you (such as e-mail, CC-number, name, etc.)

Surfing the Site
“Why don't I see the latest updates?” (Proxy Servers)
To disable on Windows PC's:
Do not use spiders to dump the complete site. (no "leeching"!) Automatic downloading the complete site or large parts of it reduces the server speed and negatively affects users' ability to surf the site. Our server security system will block you if spidering is detected.
"Do you have a download limit?"
In order to keep our servers as fast as possible, we have instituted a download limit. You may download 4 GBs of content every 24 hours. If you download more, your account will be blocked for 24 hours, and then become active again 24 hours after the block began.
“I get the message "Authorization Required" if I try to log in!”

Our server security system monitors hacker attempts and account abuse and might block you in the following cases:
Viewing the Photos
“Why do photos have a poor, pixelated or compressed look?”
Use the correct "Color Depth" Please set your color settings to 24 or 32 bits. To change these settings:
Windows PC: [Control Panel] => [choose Display] => [click Settings] and set video card to the highest possible color depth (24 or 32 bits).
De-activate "Image Compression." Some Browsers and have a feature that will automatically resize larger images to fit the screen or speed up download time. The result is that the images look ugly. You should de-activate this feature!!!
Are you using a mobile internet connection? Some carriers compress the images to save rather narrow bandwidths. Consult your carries/provider to disable image compression.
